Kanskje kan ein opprette samarbeid med spr\u00e5koppl\u00e6ringa og introduksjonsprogrammet i kommunane for hjelp med oversettinga. Dette er fin spr\u00e5ktrening og samtidig ei oppl\u00e6ring i bruk av biblioteket. I tillegg vil dei som bidreg f\u00f8le seg nyttige. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/02\/Ordensregler.docx\">Ordensreglement &#8211; eksempel<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/02\/Meirapent-1.docx\">Kontrakt for meiropent &#8211; eksempel<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"brev\"><strong>Brev<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Her er eksempel p\u00e5 informasjonsskriv som kan sendast til skular. Du kan og bruke det som utgangspunkt for brev til barnehagar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/02\/Brev-til-skular-eksempel.docx\">Brev til skular &#8211; eksempel<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"prosedyre\"><strong>Prosedyrer og kontaktliste<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle bibliotek m\u00e5 ha prosedyrer for truande situasjonar. I slike tilfelle kan det vere avgjerande at dei tilsette har tilstrekkeleg kunnskap til \u00e5 handle raskt. Prosedyrene m\u00e5 vise kven som skal utf\u00f8re kva handlingar, korleis ein skal handtere situasjonen og kor ein kan henvende seg for hjelp. Alle tilsette m\u00e5 vere kjent med prosedyrene p\u00e5 sin arbeidsplass og vere kjent med kor dei kan finne dei. Evakueringsrutinane m\u00e5 vere synlege for brukarane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prosedyrane b\u00f8r vere lett tilgjengeleg, b\u00e5de elektronisk og fysisk. Dei b\u00f8r reviderast ein gong i \u00e5ret, og gjennomg\u00e5ast \u00e5rleg, gjerne i samband med brann\u00f8vingar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under er eit eksempel p\u00e5 ei kontaktliste som b\u00f8r vere lett tilgjengeleg for dei tilsette. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/02\/Kontaktliste-1.docx\">Kontaktliste &#8211; eksempel<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ros\"><strong>ROS-analyse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ROS analyse st\u00e5r for\nrisiko- og s\u00e5rbarhetsanalyse. Ved \u00e5 kartlegge sannsynlighet og konsekvensar av\nu\u00f8nska hendingar, kan ein prioritere riskikoomr\u00e5de og planlegge tiltak som\nhindrer at hendingane oppst\u00e5r eller redusere konsekvensen dersom dei skulle oppst\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvifor\nrisikoanalyse?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For \u00e5 oppfylle lover og forskrifter som stiller krav om gjennomf\u00f8ring av risikoanalyse, b\u00e5de i h\u00f8ve til beredskap og kartlegging av behov for forbedring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For \u00e5 styrke organisasjonen si risikostyring, det betyr \u00e5 identifisere og analysere risiko.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For \u00e5 bevisstgjere dei tilsette om risiko og s\u00e5rbarheit i eigen organisasjon og motivere for n\u00f8dvendig endring og forbetring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For \u00e5 vurdere om ny teknologi eller teknikkar skal benyttast, i h\u00f8ve til b\u00e5de tekniske og menneskelege faktorar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For \u00e5 redusere u\u00f8nska hendingar, dersom den f\u00f8lgast opp av konkrete forebyggande tiltak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/02\/ROS-analyse.docx\">ROS-analyse &#8211; eksempel<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2024\/02\/Tiltaksplan-mal-1.docx\">Tiltaksplan &#8211; eksempel<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"beredskap\"><strong>Beredskapsplan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ei beredskapsplan er ei enkel plan som bekriv kva som m\u00e5 gjerast i ulike krisesituasjonar. Den skal beskrive b\u00e5de tiltak og ansvarlege ved hendingar kor det er behov for krisehandtering . <a href=\"https:\/\/lovdata.no\/dokument\/SF\/forskrift\/2011-08-22-894\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><em>Forskrift om kommunal beredskapsplikt<\/em><\/a> seier: \u201cKommunen skal jobbe systematisk og helhetlig med samfunnssikkerhetsarbeidet p\u00e5 tvers av sektorer i kommunen, med sikte p\u00e5 \u00e5 redusere risiko for tap av liv eller skade p\u00e5 helse, milj\u00f8 og materielle verdier\u201d. For at beredskapsplana&nbsp; skal vere tilpassa ogs\u00e5 biblioteka sin art, risiko, storleik og kompleksitet, er det viktig at biblioteka tek ansvar og blir ein del av dette arbeidet.
