Seminaret tar utgangspunkt i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/formidlingskompetanse\/479-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Folkebiblioteket som kunnskapsakt\u00f8r<\/a>, som er et av satsingsomr\u00e5dene i prosjektet&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekutvikling.no\/formidlingskompetanse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Formidlingskompetanse i folkebibliotek<\/a>.
